Spiral noteworthy notebook

I found this cute Making memories Spiral notebook in my local craft store, has lovely shaped pages,I dont know if it is really supposed to be a notebook or not, but I ripped those pages out and stuck em on a card! Used some of my new Basic Grey Paper and some K and Co, both co-ordinated beautifully!

Great Stuff in the mail!!!!

Wow! All of the goodies I ordered came at once, I have slowly started using some of them! I have been playing with the Basic Grey paper pad today, such pretty colors! Sorry for the quality of the pictures, my camera seems to be getting worse... hmm my birthday is coming up- maybe a new camera!

A Daughter...

Have had quite a week here, it was Spring Break for the kids but the weather did not cooperate! First the wind blew at 50 miles an hour, then it snowed.... so I spent some time hiding in my craft room this week! In between bad weather days my oldest (who will be 18 in a couple of weeks) had her senior portraits done. I made a card with her in mind, I love the sentiment on this one.... I am having a hard time letting my little girl go, but I know we are friends!

Birthday and Thanks

It has been a few days since I last posted, no real reason... but the kids went to school this morning and I made a few cards, last Thursday was the church craft group, I took some paper packs from CTMH and made up some card bases, today I finished up some of them. I am low on birthday cards and always need "thanks", so I went with that. I used the paper pack Sonata as the base for both cards and the stamps are from the same Stampin Up set. I made some other cards too, but they were'nt too stellar....

Feeling Cutsie

I am feeling in a mood for something cute today, so I got out a mat stack by K and Co and made a couple of birthday cards. I traded for the HedgeHogs set on my swap group last month and thought it was about time to make something with it! The inside of the card reads "go hog wild!"

Cards for Comfort

Sad news on the church prayer list, one of the older ladies at church is very ill and will go on hospice this week. I am making some scripture cards, for her and some others to have on hand. I made the scripture card and then used some of the rest paper to make another. I got the paper a couple of months ago and had'nt got into it yet, I was saving it for a clipboard, but I found some brads today at the craft store, they matched perfectly even though they are a different brand. I also had some fun flock in dark blue, I added it to one of the cards.
